This website is operated by Heenan Specialist Engraving Pty Ltd trading as Heenan 3D Crystals, Shop K33, Werribee Plaza, Heaths Rd, Hoppers Crossing VIC 3029. Using this site means you accept these terms.
Ordering
Orders are placed through our secure crystal ordering store, which opens in a separate window when you select a purchase option, or in person at Shop K33. Prices on this site are in Australian dollars and include the free LED display base and presentation gift box where stated.
Pricing
We keep prices current, but they can change and errors happen. If a price shown here differs from the price at the point of order, the ordering store price applies. Custom engraved text is an additional $25.
Your photograph and your rights
By sending us a photograph you confirm that you own it or have permission to have it reproduced. We will not engrave material that appears to infringe someone else's copyright, and we may decline any order at our discretion.
Engraved text
Custom text is engraved exactly as supplied. Check spelling, names and dates before ordering; we cannot remake a crystal free of charge because of a typo in the wording you gave us.
Product images
Photographs on this site show representative pieces. Because every crystal is engraved from a different photograph, the result will differ from the examples shown.
