Postage, pickup & returns

Click & collect at Werribee Plaza

Free, and the fastest option if you are local. Collect from Shop K33, Werribee Plaza, Heaths Rd, Hoppers Crossing VIC 3029 during centre trading hours. We will contact you when your crystal is finished and checked, not when it goes into production.

Australia-wide postage

We post to every state and territory. Crystals travel in their presentation box inside protective packaging; the LED base and any accessories travel with them. Postage is quoted at the time of order and depends on the size of the piece and where it is going.

International

We post to selected international destinations including the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada and New Zealand. Contact the studio for a postage quote to your country before you order, since crystal is heavy and rates vary widely.

Turnaround

Most made-to-order crystals are ready in about 5 to 7 business days, plus transit time if it is being posted. Mother's Day, Father's Day, Christmas and Valentine's are busier and book out earlier. If you are working to a fixed date, tell us before you pay and we will confirm honestly whether we can meet it.

Returns and replacements

Every crystal is personalised and made to order from your own photograph, so we cannot resell a returned piece and do not accept change-of-mind returns.

If your crystal arrives damaged, or the engraving is faulty, contact us within 7 days with a photo of the problem and we will replace it at no cost. Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which apply regardless of what any policy says.

Spelling in custom engraved text is engraved exactly as you supply it. Please check names and dates carefully before you order.
