Heenan Specialist Engraving Pty Ltd, trading as Heenan 3D Crystals, respects your privacy and handles personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

What we collect

When you send an enquiry we collect your name, email address, phone number if you provide one, and whatever you write in your message. When you place an order we also collect the photograph you want engraved and any text you want added.

How we use it

To answer your enquiry, to produce your crystal, and to contact you about that order. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a mailing list because you sent an enquiry.

Your photographs

Photographs you send are used only to produce your crystal. We do not publish, share or reuse a customer photograph for marketing without asking you first and getting your agreement.

Where it is stored

Enquiries submitted through this website are delivered by email through a third-party form service and arrive in our business inbox. Order files are held on studio systems only for as long as we need them to make and, if necessary, remake your piece.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies of its own. Embedded Google Maps and Google Fonts are loaded from Google's servers and are subject to Google's own privacy terms.

Access, correction and complaints

To ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted, email heenanc11@outlook.com or call 0488 938 044. If you are not satisfied with our response you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
