The detail. Reviewers keep coming back to how clear the engraving is and how premium the finish feels in the hand. That is the crystal doing its job, and it is why we will tell you when a photo is not good enough rather than take the order anyway.
Honesty at the counter. More than one review describes not being allowed to leave until they understood exactly what they were getting. We would rather spend ten minutes explaining than have someone open a gift box and feel disappointed.
Turnaround. Mother's Day, birthdays, funerals. People notice when a deadline is met, and they notice more when it is not, so we only promise what we can make.
Bulk pricing. Corporate and family orders get a better rate. Ask for it; we do not hide it.
