Most of the crystals we make for families are memorial pieces, and we treat that work differently. There is no rush at the counter, no upsell, and no pressure to choose the biggest one. We will look at the photo with you and be honest about how it will come out.
The heart is the shape families choose most often for a person. The dog bone, tall or wide, is what people choose for a dog. The crystal candle holder sits on a mantelpiece with a tealight above the engraving, and gets lit on birthdays and anniversaries.

Yes. Memorial crystals are a large part of what we make. Bring or send the photo you want remembered and we will engrave it into the shape you choose. Names, dates and a short message can be added for $25.
Yes. The dog bone crystal, tall or wide, is made specifically for pets, and the heart and rectangle shapes are also popular for cats, dogs and horses. Send us the photo, even a phone photo, and we will tell you honestly how it will come out.
Yes. Custom engraved text is an additional $25 and covers a name, dates, or a short line of your own. Tell us the exact wording and spelling when you order.
Around 5 to 7 business days. If you need it for a funeral or a memorial service, tell us the date when you order. We will tell you straight away whether we can meet it rather than promising and failing.
