Send us your photo, choose your shape, size and crystal colour, and our team laser-etches it in 3D inside a block of optical crystal at our Werribee Plaza studio. Every piece is made to order, hand-finished and packed in a presentation gift box with its LED display base.

Crystal photo keychains are $45. Photo crystals start at $79 for a small rectangle or diamond and run to $225 for the largest mini mantel size. The heart starts at $129, the crystal candle holder and the dog bone shapes are $179, and the Prestige award crystal is $210.

Most made-to-order crystals are ready in about 5 to 7 business days. Rush work is sometimes possible: tell us your deadline when you order and we will confirm whether we can meet it before you pay.

Clear, well-lit, high-resolution photos with a distinct subject. Portraits, couples, pets and group shots all engrave well; the shape just has to match the composition. Tall shapes suit one face, wide shapes suit a group. We check every photo before we cut.

Yes. Adding personalised text such as names, dates or a short message is an additional $25, added to your order at checkout.

Every shape except the keychains comes in six colours: White, Red, Blue, Green, Purple and Orange. Keychains, vertical, horizontal and heart, are made in white crystal only.

Yes. An LED display base is included free with every crystal except the keychains, which have their own LED light built into the cap. Every order also includes a presentation gift box.

We post Australia-wide, and to selected international destinations including the United States, United Kingdom, Canada and New Zealand. Contact the studio for a postage quote to your country before you order.

Yes. Click and collect is available at our Werribee Plaza studio, Shop K33, Heaths Rd, Hoppers Crossing VIC 3029.

Every crystal is personalised and made to order, so we cannot resell a returned piece and do not offer change-of-mind returns. If a crystal arrives damaged or the engraving is faulty, contact us within 7 days with a photo and we will replace it. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not affected.

Yes. Memorial work is a large part of what we do. The heart, the rectangle shapes and the crystal candle holder are the most common choices for a person; the dog bone shapes are made specifically for pets. Names and dates can be engraved for $25.
